Covid and masks in Booked Hire Vehicles

 RodgersRides Shuttles are Disinfected between each Transfer.

Please be Considerate and wear your Mask when Sharing the Shuttle with others.

Some of our Drivers are Exempt from Wearing a Mask.

All RodgersRides Drivers are Fully Vaccinated.

Legally RodgersRides Cannot Ask Passengers for their Medical Records or Medical Information.

Terms and Conditions

RodgersRides Terms and Conditions are Updated Regularly and May Change as Required Without Notice.

Smoking, Eating and Drinking

There is to be no smoking, eating or drinking (except water or for a medical condition) on the shuttle. This includes Vapping and the use of E Cigarettes.

There is a $400 fee to the passenger for the cleaning of spills, odour's and vomit in the vehicles. This covers the down time of the shuttle and steam cleaning.

Please advise your Driver immediately if you are feeling unwell.

No shows, Cancellations and Incorrect Information

No Fare will be refunded for a no show, change of mind or cancellation of booking on the day of Shuttle or customers providing the incorrect information.

RodgersRides reserve the right to cancel any booking for false or misleading information

and the mis-use of Mulit Trip Discount codes.

A Cancellation Fee of 100% Applies for cancellations made less than 7 Days in Advance.

A Cancellation Fee of 10% Applies for all other cancellations.

Driver or admin Abuse

RodersRides will not tolerate any abuse of their Employees or Passengers. You will be asked to vacate the shuttle immediately and forfeit any fares paid.

Abuse of our Admin Employees over the Phone will also not be tolerated and your Shuttle will be Cancelled.

Car Seats

It is RodersRides policy that all Children 0 - 7 Years are restrained in Car Seats.

RodgesRides has car seats available for Hire @ $5 per Seat from 0 - 7 Years. 

Car Seats must be Pre booked when making your Shuttle Reservation so that they will be in the Shuttle Ready for you.

3rd Party Booking Platforms

If a booking is made through a 3rd Party Booking Platform, e.g. Get Your Guide or Viator, it is the Passengers Responsibility to Ensure Shuttle Pickup Times are Correct and RodgersRides has all the Required Information.

Changes and Cancellations can only be done through the Booking Platform as the Passenger has Paid and Made the Booking through them and Not Direct with RodgersRides.

RodgersRides accepts no Responsibility for any 3rd Party Bookings.

Traffic Conditions and Delays

RodgersRides cannot control traffic, road conditions, weather, flight delays, road closures, other activities cancellations, traffic accidents and shuttle break downs etc .......... But we do our best to ensure our customers get the best service we can offer.

Please ensure we have your Flight Details and your Contact Phone Number for Delays and unexpected conditions.

RodgersRides Maximum Liability is the cost of the Transfer Provided. No other Liability is accepted.

We Encourage Travel insurance.

Quotes/Invoices/Agents

RodgersRides Shuttle Quotes are Valid for 28 Days From Enquiry.

Invoices for a Shuttle must be paid 7 Days Prior to Shuttle Departure.

Unless Prior Arrangements have been made.

Agent Commission is available And Invoices will Sent Monthly.

Pricing and Discount Codes

All Fares (Excluding After Hours) are inclusive and no other charges will apply.

RodgersRides has a 2 Adult Fare Minimum on All Our Shared Shuttles.

Please Note: Solo Travelers if we can get you on a Shared Shuttle with others your Shuttle Cost will be the Same as a Single Adult Passenger.

Private Transfers Available from 1 Person and After Hours 10.30pm to 6am.

Shared Shuttle/Private Transfer

Shared Shuttle Times are a Guide Only.

Please Allow a minimum of 2 hours travelling time when returning from Port Douglas to Cairns Airport.

Please Allow time at the Airport for any Delays and Luggage Pick Up and Various Drop off locations of all Passengers on the Shared Shuttle.


If You Require an Exact Airport Shuttle Pick Up Time on Arrival or Departure, Please Consider Booking A Private Shuttle.


Please be at you Accommodation or Attraction pick up/drop off 10 minutes before Scheduled Shuttle Time, so you Do Not Miss your shuttle.


Please read your Confirmation Email to ensure details are Correct.

RodgersRides Driver May Also Contact You By Txt the Day of Your Travel with Schedule Pickup Times Updates.

Please Ensure We Have Your Contact Number and Correct Flight Details.


It is the Customers Responsibility to Inform RodgersRides of Any Changes in Flight Numbers and Arrival or Departure Times from your Confirmed Booking Time.

RodgersRides will assist as best we can Subject to Availability in Making Changes. 


Plane Delays of more than 30 minutes, RodgersRides will let you know your New Shuttle Pickup Time.

Shared Shuttles, We will meet you at the Domestic Terminal either inside by the Luggage Carousals or in the Bus Bay Area.

No shows forfeit their fare and place on the shuttle.

Please wear your seat belt at all times.

Timetables are subject to change without notice.


Private Transfers are Direct.

We will Collect You at your Luggage Carousal inside Your Terminal and Drop You Straight to Your Accommodation.

Bookeo Booking System

Shuttle Bookings can be made up to 12 hours prior to your Shuttle Departure.

Subject to Availability.


For Multiple Bookings when you get to the payment area you will see a “Plus Button” at the top right hand corner next to “bookings in cart”, You can Add or Delete Bookings from here.

Private Shuttles are Available After Hours from 10.30pm to 6am.

After Hours Fee of $50 is also Applicable.

Online Bookings: Bookeo will automatically Send a Confirmation Email once you have paid for your Shuttle. Your Shuttle is Confirmed. 


If Admin Book your Shuttle or a Booking Request is Accepted, you will get a Confirmation Email with a Payment Link. Your Shuttle is Confirmed. However if Fare Payment is not paid within 24hours after confirmation via Payment Link, Your Shuttle Spot will be Cancelled.


Enquires, Private Shuttle Transfers, Cape Tribulation and SafeRides are not automatically confirmed these are enquiries only subject to availability. Admin will confirm if our Shuttles have availabilities and you will then receive a Confirmation Email with a Payment Link.


 Please do not Txt or PM through a Booking. They will not be Accepted.


Your Booking is not Confirmed until you have a Confirmation Email and Payment is Made.
