If you choose to Book Through a 3rd party platform, is it not necessarily easier and RodgersRides is NOT accountable for any problems or issues.
If you choose to use a third-party platform all changes are to be made through the platform as you have paid and booked through that platform and not RodgersRides directly.
Guests on a Private Transfer/Shuttle may stop for Click and Collect Items Only on the route from Cairns to Port Douglas or Stop at another location for the collection of keys for their Accommodation.
Maximum stop time is 10mins.
Any Other stops are at the discretion of the driver due to time availability.

For Larger Groups we can combine vehicles to Accommodate your Group Size.
Rodgers Rides Vehicles Are Equipped with Front and Rear Facing Dash Cameras for Safety.
They Record the Road not the inside of the Vehicles and they do not record people voices.
Please Ensure your phone is on so you can be contacted once you have landed with instructions from your driver.
All Shared Shuttle Times are a Guide Only.
Please Allow a minimum of 2 hours travelling time when returning from Port Douglas to Cairns Airport Before your Required Check-in Time.
Upon Arriving at Cairns Airport Please Allow time at the Airport for any Plane, Passenger Delays and Luggage Pick Up and Various Drop off locations of all Passengers on a Shared Shuttle.
Shared Shuttle Passengers are collected at the Bus Bays in the Domestic Terminal.
Please be at you Accommodation or Attraction pick up/drop off 10 minutes before Scheduled Shuttle Time, so you Do Not Miss your Transfer.

It is the Customers Responsibility to Inform RodgersRides of Any Changes in Flight Numbers and Arrival or Departure Times from your Confirmed Booking Time.

Yes we do. RodgersRides Port Douglas has an array of business and corporate clients, to whom we provide frequent and repeat private and shared transfers services. If your transfer is a business one, please contact us regarding best payment methods.
It is RodgersRides Policy that all Children 7yrs and are required to be in car seats in all our Booked Hire Vehicles.
Car Seat Hire of $5 is included in all Shared Shuttle Child Fares.
Car Seats are Complimentary in Private Transfers.
Service Animals are permitted on all our Shuttles. Please just let us know when making a booking so the correct vehicle can be sent to Accommodate You.
Rodgersrides does not charge for Extra or Oversized Luggage. Please Make a note of this in your booking so the correct vehicle can be sent to Accommodate this.
As a Policy, RodgersRides does not store or hold luggage as our vehicles are used for multi trips per day with different guest on those vehicles.
Pre Booked Transfers can be made Online up to 12 hours prior.

Private Transfers are Available After Hours from 10.30pm to 6am.
After Hours Fee is also Applicable.
Online Bookings: Bookeo will automatically Send a Confirmation Email once you have paid for your Shuttle. Your Shuttle is Confirmed.
If Admin Book your Shuttle or a Booking Request is Accepted, you will get a Confirmation Email with a Payment Link. Your Shuttle is Confirmed. However, if Fare Payment is not paid within 24hours after confirmation via Payment Link, Your Shuttle Spot will be Cancelled.
Enquires, Private Shuttle Transfers, Cape Tribulation and Charters are not automatically confirmed these are enquiries only subject to availability. Admin will confirm if our Shuttles have availabilities, and you will then receive a Confirmation Email with a Payment Link.
Please do not Txt or PM through a Booking. They will not be Accepted.
Your Booking is not Confirmed until you have a Confirmation Email and Payment is Made.
