RodgersRides cannot control Illness, Other Passenger Holdups or Delays, Plane or Flight Rescheduling or Cancellations, Change of Mind, Weather and Road Conditions or Other Operator Activity Cancellations, but we do our best to get you to your destination.
The consumption of food and drinks except water or for medical reasons is not allowed in our Vehicles.

A Cleaning Fee of a Vehicle is $400. Payable by the Passenger.
Please do not feed young children before hopping on a shuttle as the Captain Cook Highway is a very windy road.
No Smoking or Vaping is Permitted in Vehicles.
If your Flight is Delayed or Cancelled or Your Arriving and Departure Times have Changed from your Confirmed Booking Times, it is your responsibility to contact RodgersRides.
RodgersRides will assist you as best we can in arranging another booking time. Subject to Availability. Additional Fees May Also Apply.

Bookings with Multiple Arriving Flights, please be aware your Transfer cannot enter the bus bays until all planes have landed, even if 1 plane is Delayed. Sending an Extra Vehicle will incur additional costs, if the other passengers on the Transfer do not want to wait. Subject to Availability.
Bookings are to be paid no less than 4 days prior to the Booking or your Booking will be Cancelled so other passengers do not miss out.
If your Booking has not been paid for, you will not be collected, and your transfer cancelled. Unless Prior arrangements have been made. A Payment Link is sent with all booking confirmations.
It is RodgersRides Policy that all Children 7yrs and are required to be in car seats in all our Booked Hire Vehicles.

Arriving Shared Shuttle Airport Passengers will be Collected at the Cairns Domestic Terminal at the Bus Bays and Grouped with Other Passengers on that Shuttle, Your Driver will Contact You when they are heading into the Airport to Collect Everyone.
Once all Shared Shuttle Passengers Planes have landed.
Please be ready or you will miss your transfer and be considered a No Show.
Otherwise, you will be Collected at Your Accommodation or Cairns CBD Pickup Locations.
Shared Shuttle Departure Times from Cairns Airport and Cairns CBD are Approximate Only.
Cairns CBD does not include suburbs. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for out of Zone Transfers.
If you require a Specific Pickup time without other Stops or Delays, please consider a Private Transfer.
You will be Dropped off and Collected from Your Accommodation.
Shared Shuttle Cairns City passengers are normally collected and dropped off after Cairns Airport, unless notified otherwise by your Driver as there maybe delays at the Airport.
(Approx 15 to 30mins after the shuttle leaves the airport).
Shared Shuttle Palm Cove and Northern Beaches airport/city pickups your Shuttle will collect you Approx 30 to 45 Mins after the Scheduled Departure Time from Port Douglas or Cairns CBD/Airport.
Arriving Private Shuttle Airport Transfers will be Collected Inside Your Arrival Terminal Bus Bays. Your Driver will Contact You once your Plane has Landed and they are heading in to Collect You.
Otherwise, you will be Collected at your Accommodation and taken Directly to your Accommodation.
Please Ensure we have a Correct Contact Number and Flight Details, and your Phone is On.
Departing Shuttle Booking Times may Change due to Flights been Cancelled and Airline Re-Scheduling which is out of our control.
Our Job is to ensure all quests get to their departing flights on time. We Appreciate your understanding.
Please allow min 2 hours travelling time to Cairns Airport/City from Port Douglas before your required check-in time.
Please be Ready 10 Minutes Prior to your Booking so you do not hold up the shuttle or other passengers.
Attraction Bookings Return times are Approx and may vary depending on demand.
If you have made your Booking through a 3rd Party Platform e.g., Get Your Guide or Viator, RodgersRides holds NO Responsibility as the booking has not been made Directly Through Us.
Any Changes are to be made through the Booking Platform and not RodgersRides as that is who you have paid.
Please Ensure we have your correct flight and accommodation details.
Private and Special Occasion Shuttles please be ready at your Confirmed Booking Time, so you do not miss your Transfer. Please have your phone on for when your Driver contacts you for collecting.
Your Driver has other customers and will have to leave if you are not at your pickup location or answering your phone and you will forfeit your transfers and payments made.
RodgersRides Maximum Liability is the Cost of your Transfer.
Personal Behavior and Responsibilities:
Please Always Treat our Drivers and Staff Members with Respect to avoid your seat and/or booking been Cancelled Immediately, and your fare and seat been forfeited. Our Drivers have to concentrate on the road so please ensure your group including children are well behaved and not disrupting other passengers or your driver.
Abuse or Bullying of any form will not be tolerated and you will be asked to vacate the vehicle and any other bookings cancelled immediately less 10% Admin Fees.
If you are Intoxicated and Abusive you will forfeit your fare and your seat, and any other bookings will be cancelled immediately less 10% Admin Fees.
Police assistance will be called if required.

A Cancellation Fee of 100% Applies for cancellations made less than 4 Days in Advance.
A Cancellation Fee of 10% Applies for all other cancellations.
If your Shuttle is Not Paid 4 days Prior it will be cancelled, so others do not miss out.
RodgersRides cannot control other Passenger holdups, traffic, road conditions, weather, flight delays, road closures, other activities cancellations, traffic accidents and vehicle break downs etc .......... But we do our best to ensure our customers get the best service we can offer.
Please ensure we have your Correct Flight Number and your Contact Phone Number for Delays and unexpected conditions.
RodgersRides Maximum Liability is the cost of the Transfer Provided.
No other Liability is accepted.
RodgersRides Booking Quotes are Valid for 28 Days from Enquiry.
Invoices for a Bookings must be paid 4 Days Prior to Shuttle Departure.
Unless Prior Arrangements have been made.
Agent Commission is available, And Invoices will be Sent Monthly.
Direct Booking Discounts and Discounts Codes are not Valid for Agents or 3rd Party Booking Platforms.
All Fares (Excluding After Hours and Public Holiday Fee) are inclusive, and no other charges will apply.
RodgersRides has a 2 Adult Fare Minimum on All Our Shared Shuttles.
Please Note: Solo Travelers if we can get you on a Shared Shuttle with others your Shuttle Cost will be the Same as a Single Adult Passenger.
